Based in nearby Post Falls and designed to link the University of Idaho, business, and commercial uses physically and programmatically. The Research Park houses five technology and natural resource-adjacent organizations including Sentry Dynamics (web-based services incorporating geographic information systems (GIS)), TechHelp (statewide network for clients in technology-based businesses), the United States Geological Survey (biology, geography, geology, geospatial information, and water and the study of landscape, natural resources, and threatening natural hazards), SunTropics (which is dedicated to bringing Filipino fruits to the US), and the American Wagyu Association (promotes and upholds US standards for Wagyu beef). Additionally, they have three University of Idaho programs, classrooms, and conference rooms.
