A Leadership Sandpoint fundraising campaign benefiting the Bonner County Historical Society & Museum
Bonner County’s history lives in physical objects — from Native artifacts to family heirlooms — each one telling a piece of our shared story. Today, the Bonner County Historical Society & Museum cares for more than 400,000 historical objects, all stewarded by a small team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
With limited resources, many of these items are aging and at risk of damage or loss. This campaign exists to change that.
Led by the Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Sandpoint program, Protect Our Story is a community-wide fundraising effort to support proper archival storage and preservation — helping ensure these irreplaceable objects remain protected and accessible for generations to come.
